782 - masons start pillars

Day 782 is Britt's last day of school and actually not even a whole day. I had a wake up text from her new boss at 5:50 replying to text I left last night.. haha my own fault. I managed to get back to sleep until Sheldon text at 7:10. I watered garden and flower beds but the wind was high so much was off in the wind. I also worked on the growth charts a bit.

10:45 mason and son arrived to begin work on pillars. After a couple hours they realized that the stone purchased was the wrong order.. a case of flat rocks rather than corner rocks are here! So after a small quandary there was a hot shot made to deliver the correct ones at 3.
 big truck little load
Shaina and I cleaned out the tack room of the horse trailer and I washed up sheets. She made the travel trailer beds up for all future company.

Shaina put fly sheets on Scooter and KD at 3:30 as the weather became dark and threatening. the shower came and went and the sun came back out.. but so did the mosquitoes. She headed to town around 4:30 to stop for a bang trim at auntie A's, exchange her boots and grab a visit with a friend before going to the airport to pick up 2 Aussie boys. :-)
Britt was safely home by 5:45 driving thru the worst rain storm she has ever seen and of course she could not close her sunroof all the way (has been recent issue) but her and Coco made it. Of course she would, has there been a drive there that has not encountered crap weather?? The masons left at 6 finishing 1 1/3 pillars
Shaina arrived back with her guests; Sam and Adam at 8 and we all sat down to enjoy chili I cooked up before we enjoyed a nice visit. They headed out to meet the horses then downstairs to play pool and relax.
